NORHOP's Rent-To-Own Program

If you're not quite qualified for a mortgage, but you have reliable income, at least three months rent in savings, and you're working to improve your credit, then NORHOP can help you move into your own home now. Using our Rent-To-Own Program, we'll buy a nice home, then lease it to you and agree to sell it to you in the near future. Rent-To-Own is sometimes called Lease-Purchase. You get to live in, enjoy and improve your new home before you qualify for a mortgage. While you're making monthly lease payments to NORHOP you'll also be improving your credit. With proof of 12 on-time lease payments and our help you can qualify for a mortgage and you will buy the home from NORHOP at the pre-agreed price.
